Deploying Microsoft Intune and defining an MDM architecture

The company, made up of around twenty technical consultants, wanted to transform how it managed its workstations. Existing practices had real limitations for the team: manual OS and software installation, local administration handled by each user, and no centralized visibility.

Facing growing client demand for managed workstations, Dymasco chose Microsoft Intune as its MDM solution.

Full implementation, from architecture to training

Synapsys supported the complete rollout of the solution: defining the target architecture, initial configuration, writing documentation, running training workshops, and providing technical support.

The workshops surfaced key issues to address, particularly local administrator rights for users, which were incompatible with secure, centralized management through Intune.

Automating devices with Autopilot and Autopatch, and expanding into Copilot

The engagement also brought in Windows Autopilot and Autopatch, with a concrete demonstration of the efficiency gains. Devices are now enrolled automatically, patches are tracked centrally, and licenses are optimized, sharply reducing manual work.

Ongoing support was set up, including consultants made available to the team, to ensure tool adoption and build internal skills. In parallel, Dymasco began exploring Copilot and adopted Jira for project management.
