The business challenge

Launching a Copilot pilot with a test group

As part of its innovation strategy, Albioma wanted to test integrating artificial intelligence into its daily work, particularly through Microsoft Copilot.

The engagement began with identifying a pilot group of influential employees, called "gamekeepers," tasked with spreading usage and best practices within their teams.

A dedicated AI knowledge base was built, complemented by training and experimentation sessions around Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools. The goal was to understand real-world usage, concrete benefits, and the limits of Copilot within a specific business context.

Our solution

AI training, governance, and data protection

Two complementary approaches were carried out in parallel: a cross-functional approach focused on AI challenges, governance, ethics, and data protection, and a workplace approach centered on implementing Copilot within the Microsoft 365 collaborative suite.

This dual approach made it possible to set a clear framework while encouraging adoption of the tools.

Implementation

Integrating Copilot into Microsoft 365 and workplace usage

The pilot, run over 6 to 9 months with around a dozen participants, showed measured adoption. Employees don't want to give up Copilot, but still struggle to quantify ROI and operational gains.

To prepare for a wider rollout, an ethical AI usage charter was drafted, covering Copilot and future AI solutions.

Measurable results

Structuring a responsible AI approach and scaling up

A second phase was then launched, expanding the scope to more than 50 employees, with more targeted training and a model for sharing personalized Copilot agents.

While AI culture is still emerging at Albioma, this approach allowed the company to structure its rollout and lay the groundwork for responsible, well-governed, and relevant use of artificial intelligence.
