The business challenge

The engagement began with an audit of CATS's existing Elasticsearch cluster, which was aging and no longer compliant with group standards. Following a market review and discussions with the vendor, a migration to an IaaS/SaaS solution managed by CAGIP was planned. The migration involved several terabytes of data and hundreds of servers and dashboards, all while maintaining service continuity for more than a thousand internal users.

Our solution

Advanced monitoring was deployed using Python, Grafana, and Elasticsearch, with proactive incident tracking and regular backups. The result was stronger resilience and effective prevention of critical data loss.

Implementation

The CI/CD pipeline was industrialized with GitLab, Ansible, Artifactory, and SonarQube, streamlining the deployment and testing of business-critical applications. Innovation teams now benefit from an optimized DevOps process that speeds up the rollout of new services. Finally, the infrastructure was adapted to support AI applications, with GPU resource management and performance tuning to guarantee availability and scalability for new use cases.
